WHAT IS A private session like?

Sessions are always different, following a format that keeps your body developing all the while keeping you as a whole person in perspective.

 

So as we work together, over time my goal is for your sessions to be something you dread and look forward to all at the same time. Sounds funny but let me explain.

 

Sessions will be hard when its appropriate which some of us highly enjoy, so dread isn't mandatory. The sessions can also be a space to tape into a deep calm, a space to let our bodies let go of some stress and discomfort physically and mentally.
